The Midas Guarantee

At Midas, we stand behind our workmanship and new parts. If any new part we supply and fit is defective or improperly installed during the guarantee period, we'll rectify or replace it at no cost. This guarantee is supported by all our New Zealand stores and is in addition to our General Terms and Conditions. The Midas Guarantee duration varies depending on the service or repair:

Vehicle maintenance services: 6 months or 10,000kmVehicle repairs: 12 months or 20,000km

To benefit from the Midas Guarantee, ensure your vehicle and parts are maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Notify us promptly of any defects, and your account must be paid in full for guaranteed work. Some exceptions apply, such as service and maintenance items, wear and tear, customer-supplied parts, modified vehicles, and accidents.

If you encounter an issue covered by the guarantee, contact the Midas shop where the original work was done. Bring your original invoice, and we'll inspect the vehicle and provide necessary repairs. Guarantee coverage doesn't extend to subsequent owners of the vehicle during the guarantee period. For any authorized repairs done elsewhere, Midas won't cover the cost under the guarantee.
